The athlete development programme works on improving the all round athlete. We provide support with the Technical, Psychological, Physiological and Nutritional attributes whilst focusing on key areas needed to succeed.

Our bespoke sports performance sessions aim to replicate the movement patterns that athletes use on the field. This in turn will increase performance levels and leave you a step ahead of your opponents. Our ability to engage in modern day technology and methods helps us stay above the rest in the industry.

Dante Spence

Dante has been part of the Performance Corner’s ‘Athlete programme’ for a while now. He has increased in a number of areas which has seen him advance in his football. Dante continues to work with the team and is set to push on in 2019 to reach his targets.

What Dante Says; “I have trained with Simon and the team for a while and have honestly seen my performance increase. His messages have been clear and to the point. Exactly what I have needed for a long time.”

Hayden Garghan

Hayden has trained with Simon a few times alongside is academy training sessions. He has seen a big impact on not only his development but his involvement in games. Hayden continues to train with the academy and attends sessions occasionally to add to his current development schedule.

What Hayden Says; “Simon has helped me understand the game better and also what I can add to the game and my team. I have enjoyed all my sessions with Simon and can’t wait till i get back doing them.”

Charlie Roberts

Charlie has been part of the Performance Corner’s Athlete programme from the start and has seen the full impact of the programmes benefits. He is currently working hard with his targets and continues to improve to reach his overall goal.
