Art of Communication

When you talk, you are only repeating what you already know. If you listen, you may learn something new…” – Dalai Lama

The communication section focuses on how we come across to others through both speaking and listening. Each section will focus on simple, though effective, steps that we need to imbed to improve our communication skills. You will be shown a range of supported reading that are optional, though you will need to complete each task before moving onto the next.

We recommend that you be at Cause throughout YOUR development and look how you can be @100% throughout. Constant reflection is important for you to recognise improvement.
