Concentrating at the right times is a vital part of an athletes’ performance. Patrice Evra had a slip in concentration for the opening game of the 2016 European Championships and let Romania gain an equalising goal from the penalty spot.

With all sports increasing in speed, power and offering more decisions making opportunities than ever before it is vital for an athlete to be more aware of their surroundings, especially in the later parts of the game when scoring is more changing than any other time.

The following levels are designed to make you think and breakdown the important aspects of concentration entails.

This section is broken down into 4 different levels where each section will help you enhance your coach ability skills (as well as others).

 

There will be additional levels added over time so keep an eye out for changes or adaptions.

Being able to be concentrate and perform when it matters is a vital part of the athletes’ Mindset. The outcomes from this section are as follows;
