Concentrating at the right times is a vital part of an athletes’ performance. Patrice Evra had a slip in concentration for the opening game of the 2016 European Championships and let Romania gain an equalising goal from the penalty spot.
With all sports increasing in speed, power and offering more decisions making opportunities than ever before it is vital for an athlete to be more aware of their surroundings, especially in the later parts of the game when scoring is more changing than any other time.
