Emotional Stability

“People are like stained-glass windows. They sparkle and shine when the sun is out, but when the darkness sets in their true beauty is revealed only if there is light from within” – Elisabeth Kübler-Ross

Controlling your Emotional Stability is a big part of your progression in both sport and life, where we would see someone who is a little hot headed though effective in sport could be a better athlete when controlling their emotions more effectively. This section will help you recognise when you have slipped into an unwanted state and design response mechanism for when you feel it’s needed.

With work done as part of the chimp paradox emotional management program designed by Professor Steve Peters, we have brought out a few additional activities to master whilst and enhance your Emotional control.

The following levels are designed to make you think and breakdown the important aspects of your emotions.

There will be additional levels added over time so keep an eye out for changes or adaptions.

  • Identify and effect when your Emotions have changed to the negativity ones,
