Motivation

“Most of the shadows of this life are caused by standing in one’s own sunshine.”– Ralph Waldo Emerson

Being motivated isn’t as easy as people think, just getting up and going for a run requires a lot of work, even to break a smile it takes 43 muscles. To get up and start performing you need to consider if your values are in place with what you are doing. Throughout the activities you will be able to challenge yourself and your motivation and see how you can improve YOUR way.

Understanding more about you is key and there will be a lot of cross over when breaking down your values. We recommend that you also look at working on your Leadership and Self-Confidence whilst doing this work.

The following levels are designed to make you think and breakdown the important aspects of your motivation.
