When Vince Lombardi said “Confidence is contagious, and so is lack of confidence”, he meant that confidence can be gained by being around the right people in our lives, this section is designed so that you become that people gain confidence off.

 

Throughout this section, you will be challenged in key and unique ways to enhance your Confidence levels. Use each section as ways and activities that ignite your confidence in your own attributes. Confidence isn’t going to come over night and is one of the hardest areas to develop. With the activities in place you will be able to build confidence more effectively.

This section is broken down into 6 different levels where each section will help you enhance your Self-Confidence skills (as well as others).

 

There will be additional levels added over time so keep an eye out for changes or adaptions.
