Foundation Phase Coach

A fantastic opportunity for a Foundation Phase Coach is now available with the coaching team. If you are interested in coaching players up to the age of U12’s then get in touch. We are currently working with a vast amount of players who are on the verge of academy’s or just left, so the standard of our coaches need to match.

Suitable applicants will be interviewed as and when they apply, and the role will remain open until a successful candidate has been chosen.

ESSENTIAL:

– Driving Licence

– FA Level 2 Coaching Qualification

– Professional attitude towards development

– Experience in working with young athletes

– An Enhanced DBS Clearance check

The company has a strong reputation of developing key athletes to advance in their sport and we would only welcome coaches that shares this passion. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people (Under 18) and Adults at Risk and operates an active Safeguarding Policy.

We expect all our staff to have personal responsibility to contribute to our policies, protocols and practice to safeguard children and Adults at Risk, protect them from possible abuse and promote their welfare and to fulfil your duty of care.

All staff are encouraged to advance their knowledge and attend regular coaching development opportunities set throughout the year. This will be arranged to enhance the current knowledge and understanding of the sport.

A fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Developer has arisen for our company. Suitable applicants will be interviewed as and when they apply, and the role will remain open until a successful candidate has been chosen.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

– Take a lead on all social media platforms and marketing styles.

– Have consistently high standards.

– Communicate and engage with other staff effectively.

– Ensure compliance with all the Policies and Procedures explained at the interview. Paying particular regard to the Equal Opportunities Policy and Health & Safety Policy and procedures at all times.

– Understand the copyright laws required across all platforms (Youtube and other internet sites, etc.)

Ability to be creative with how we promote and develop the area.

– An ambition to develop own skills and adapt to the ever evolving industry.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

– Communicate and promote the philosophy of The Performance Corner through the online program for the development of young athletes.

– Have consistently high standards.

– Communicate and engage with other staff effectively.

– Ensure compliance with all the Policies and Procedures explained at the interview. Paying particular regard to the Equal Opportunities Policy and Health & Safety Policy and procedures at all times.

– Understand the copyright laws of Youtube and other internet sites

Ability to be creative with editing softwares like iMovie, Final Cut Pro etc.

– Be able to work from home and communicate well with the team through messages,
